FAQ

Common questions

Everything you need to know before submitting a report.

Is my identity really kept confidential?

Yes. You choose how to report: anonymously (no personal details at all), confidentially as a whistleblower (your identity is encrypted and only the Chief Integrity Officer can see it), or with your name. Please remove anything that identifies you from documents you upload if you want to stay anonymous.

What law protects me as a whistleblower?

You are protected under the Whistleblower Protection Act 2010 (Act 711). This protects you from retaliation including disciplinary action, dismissal, or workplace harassment — provided the report is made in good faith.

What types of misconduct can I report?

You may report: corrupt practices or bribery, conflict of interest, misappropriation of company assets, falsification of financial records, and violations of the company's Code of Ethics.

How long does the investigation take?

Initial screening is typically completed within 3–5 working days. A full investigation may take 14–30 days depending on case complexity. You can check your status at any time using your reference number.

Can I report anonymously and still get updates?

Yes. After you submit, you get a ticket number and passcode. Use them on the status page to see progress and answer questions from the investigator — no name or e-mail needed.
